Mums- House Ireland was formed in 2005 to defend the falsely accused and work independently of Local Government and National Government on a None profit Bases .

Our aim is to open up the Doors of the Family Secret District Courts , and to let the Day light shine in and to blow away the Cobwebs and Dust and to give " Transparency" out of the Family Secret District Courts into the Open , with reference information and to protect the identity of Children and their innocent`s against perpetrator's of crimes committed against them and their Families , through false allegations made and perjuries lies told in the Family Secret Courts of present day .

The mutual enjoyment by parent and child of each other`s company  constitutes a fundamental element of family ,and if domestic measures hindering such enjoyment amount to an interference with the right protected by Article 8 of the Convention ( See amongst others , the Johansen v . Norway judgment of 7 August 1996 ,Reports of Judgments and Decisions 1996 III, / 52 ) Any such interference constitutes a violation of this Article it is ¬in accordance with the law" , pursues an aim or aims that are in a democratic society .

The Court further recalls that whilst Article 8 contains no explicit procedural requirement's, the decision - making process involved in measures of interference must be fair and such as to afford due respect to the interests safeguarded.

Many of the children that come to the attention of MUMS-HOUSE-IRELAND and of the various services are living in difficult and stressful environment's. Their families may be experiencing a variety of personal , social and health problems , and while children are not necessarily being abused in these situations , they may  be at risk of future harm because of the situations their Parents may be in .

Interventions to support families who are experiencing difficulties can greatly reduce the possibility of future risk or harm to children and their Parents support can be given through voluntary organisation's like Mums-House- Ireland also through extended families , friends, neighbourhoods , communities , parishes and other local networks .

Services  specifically  directed at children , aimed at increasing self confidence, self-esteem, social skills, enabling children with a break from  a stressful environment . These services can range from provisions of after school projects and involvement with local sport and recreation clubs and voluntary associations.

Services to support families which are aimed at enhancing the skills of parents / carers by providing direct practical help, support and / or counselling . These can include respite care , direct financial help, and advice about housing , financial and welfare matters.
